All films can be slitted into the required reel width or sheeted  into the requested sheet size  form. Several different machines are available to meet all demands.

Material in sheet form is processed by a sheeter allowing the smallest forms to be cut as well as large sheets up to 1500 mm x 1500 mm. Tight tolerances and precise angles allow good processing of the foils and laminates.

Roll-to-roll slitters process the film to the desired width, starting from 10mm and wider. Smaller widths are available on request. We can slit every thickness from 6µm to 500µm in a reliably high quality.

Cores can be used in several diameters and materials. Achievable tolerances depend upon the thickness and elasticity of the material.

Films and laminates are processed with various flat-bed and rotary die-cutting machines. A wide choice of tools  can be used depending on the material and application. Self adhesive products can be converted, as well as inline printing is possible. With our flexible equipment and skilled personnel we can meet individual requirements for converting and packaging.

Almost every film can have adhesive applied to it. For special applications or small batches the material sheets or rolls have self adhesive tape(s) applied on either one or both sides. Sheets can be cut depending on customer requirements. For larger batches of adhesive material we can offer an in-house coating (CMC Klebertechnik). Additionally we are happy to offer multi-layer laminates such as polycarbonate/ adhesive / polycarbonate or polyester / adhesive / copper. We also offer custom-made laminates for our individual customers.

Even if the name gives a clue... We print our films mainly in combination with die-cutting or for special project contracts.

In our factory we use screen printing or Flexo printing with typically one colour only. For multi-coloured or half tone printing we outsource this activity to a partner company.

The name COLOPRINT carries the knowledge and assurance of almost 40 years of experience working with films and special reproductive papers. Since the mid 70´s the focus has been on technical films with the oldest distribution agreement for polycarbonate films from Bayer dating back to 1977.
